Okay, for one my Avg rank will be alot lower soon.. also.. For a Spread sheet all you need to do is copy the list Bynary made and past it in Word or Notepad and tally an X next to every accomplishment you come across such as I do.

Okay, currently, my average is 4,583.6151 and I'm lowering it right now. I hate playing songs in rock to lower my rank. Even though the song Driveway [Heavy] was good, it almost made me fall asleep. I FCd it though after 5 tries. I'm taking a break now. My eyes hurt. >.<

Looking at the initial table, I definitely count here then.

Some of my stats as of this exact moment (or right before I clicked to post this anyway) are:

overall rank 1338
average rank 1078
102 public AAAs
302 public FCs
(not counting skill/token genre songs)

30 token tokens
63 skill tokens

I play right-handed but four-fingered.
Index finger, middle finger, ring finger on left, up, right on numpad respectively.
Thumb on the down arrow of the regular arrows.

I would have used the right regular arrow as my down but that wasn't compatible with FFR and I think now I'm actually more used to the way it is.

I suppose for left-hand play, you could do the same but make the numpad Enter key be your "down" and hit that with your thumb.

So yes, I'm a one-handed player.

Also I am slowly but surely improving on the average rank.

Well I'm glad to see you found this thread. I'll add your name in right away. You should do some TP calculation, since you seem to be pretty good.

I hate gambling now. All the songs at the bottom of my average ranks are all secret and I only have 36 credits because of gambling too much. :P Now I have to play CIA Rave. :/
EDIT: Ugh, I can't pass CIA Rave for life! :P

Lol I know your pain right now.. But I didn't gamble mine.. I was giving out my credits to Gamblers because they lost so much.. Now I can't play Pants.. =[[ Which means I can't get more TP's for it and lower my rank on it.

EDIT: OMG Revolutionary Etude has WAY too many jacks. :P You can't even see anything with the background.

Although I'm not really sure how to do the calculations. Specifically I have no idea where I can find out exactly how much combo I made on a song or etc unless I just happened to play that song, beat my old ranking on it, and write down the combo it shows.

All I can find is the score I made for any of the non token/skill genres. Also, the * beside some scores means a full combo, and obviously anything I have a 1 on is AAA'd. For token/skill genre songs, I can play through them individually and, at the end, see what I made scorewise and rankwise but that won't tell me things like full combo (although I happen to keep my own personal file of FC'd and AAA'd token/skill genre songs, but I didn't record the scores there)

So, I could replay each of the songs available to me in that list and record what I get on it then as far as combo/etc but it wouldn't necessarily be my best.

Or is there something obvious I'm missing here? (BTW there are likely options available to you as a subscriber which are not available for me)

Is there a way to calculate this stuff given only the score obtained, the maximum possible score for the song, and the number of steps in the song?

Unfortunately, no. If you subscribe, you'll get a listing of your goods, averages, boos, perfects, and misses, in addition to your max combo. But if not, then ask Dronak for a spread sheet for keeping track of your scores (he has it), or just copy/paste my tier list somewhere and play every song, marking which requirements you've met.

Personally, I use the subscriber system. Since you are not a subscriber, you can try the two other methods I outlined.

If it helps any, I am a naturally fast typist and I traditionally never used a turbo controller when playing video games. Also, my rate of typing error is low. I don't know about the others but I wouldn't be surprised if they are also very fast typists.
