I agree with Arch0wl. These scores in my eyes mean just about as much to me as a pass on blur.

To me, it takes much more skill to get a good, clean score than to barely pass a song trying to beat the arrows in. Yes, it takes some skill, but not nearly as much. To say there are two skills would suggest that the two skills are equal, when they are not.

Well it takes skill to actually speed it up and still get a good grade. Like archs quasar 1.5...but as a 4 fingered player I can push myself farther than he'll be able to.

AA'd mystical potato head 1.5 speed today. That 32nd section is like 33.2 taps a second.

Well... yeah, what Nima and Reach are saying... its not that big of a deal if someone can just barely pass a song... thats mashfest, and its pretty easy to mash and pass anything at 1.5x music... but to get a good score... A, AA.. etc... THAT takes skill... thats not needless mashing =\

Guys, I'm not trying to compare myself to the 1337 players, okay? Stop thinking I am, because I'm nowhere near your guys' level. And what's your definition of mashing? When I think of mashing I think of shit like the double jacks on blur, which I am no where NEAR doing.

Did you guys bitch and moan about mashing or getting a good score when Reach passed blur 1.4/1.5? This is the exact same thing, only not on Reaches' level. And yes, I believe that the two skills are equal. You guys all congratulate Reach when he does something fucking crazy, and he's doing the exact same thing I am, only faster.
