Well high tier characters, usually have a better developed metagame than the lower played characters. So if no one knows the good techs of a certain character and whats it capable of as opposed to alot of good techniques with another more developed character it kinda does make the other character better if only because things have been discovered.

Sorry I haven't been on as much recently. To be honest, my social life has picked up quite a bit. I'll still try to update this as much as possible. (I'm not playing SSBB or MK on Wi-Fi right now to work on this )

Oh hey so I finally took a look at wavebouncing/bsticking, and I must say, I recall reading something about Pikachu having a useful use of it, but the only useful use I can see is in the tactic I mentioned earlier about dropping a thunder as edgeguarding. Other than that, I don't think it would help that much in close combat. Someone please prove me wrong.

Also it seems to not even work sometimes for me. Like, I do everything right, but Pikachu just keeps moving forward anyway. Is there something I'm missing? And sometimes the little bitch does skull bash. What a ***. Also: neutral b stick is gay as ****... he's just like "hey look at me i pause in the air for a split second har har har" and it's almost unpredictable to know when he's gonna do it or not.
