Here is just an idea of what you could do. I doubt everyone will agree with it considering it only allows each of the 3rd place people to get 5k per group in all of the divisions.
BEG:
1: 20k (10k each)
2: 10k (5k each)
3: 5k (2.5k each)
INT:
1: 25k (12.5k each)
2: 15k (7.5k each)
3: 5k (2.5k each)
ADV:
1: 30k (15k each)
2: 20k (10k each)
3: 5k (2.5k each)
MAS:
1: 35k (17.5k each)
2: 25k (12.5k each)
3: 5k (2.5k each)
