    i am the defender of rubix's prizes. because somehow... if i finish first... i doubt he'll be giving those 1st place points to 2nd place.

                how many times do i have to say.... i'm not taking any prizes. i don't take any prizes from any tournament. regardless of the prizes offered. it wouldn't be fair of me as an admin on the site.

                    I've valued the prized based on my own personal value that I place on such objects as well as the amount of effort required to earn them. If someone chooses to not accept a prize, that is their own decision. If someone wishes to participate but not be ranked so that others have a chance to earn points, however, that's a different story. It just makes things difficult this way with the scoring system because it's technically an exception (a case that's in the list and yet isn't graded)

                        I always liked the whole Tass does not accept prizes. His scores on rounds usually scare people off, and I win the 1st place prize.

                                    This is true. I tried to paypal Rubix 20 bucks for my 2nd tournament which never finished but was being dominated by Rubix... and he wouldn't tell me it.
