Actually; They were not recognised under the Australian constitution. This is because they didn't "exist". They were not recognised as human beings in the respect that if they were. They would be recognised under the constitution.

I'm going to say that (like in the movies) earth as a whole owns the moon. If America were to lay claim to mars; It would then be recognised as the property of earth.Comment
