You know, people have cracked open the song files in the game and extracted them. Does anyone know if this particular one was found among them? I recently downloaded a pack of songs that were identified as unused, and if this song was extracted and not found ingame yet, it should have been in this pack I think.

I only count one song among them here composed by Kazumi Totoka, and that is Ballad of the Windfish from Link's Awakening.

But I digress. Has anyone heard anything about this song being present in an extracted list? That would be a productive first place to start I think.

Well, I went to IGN, and the replies indicate that there is no such song in the game, based on the song files that someone ripped a while ago.

Do I get a prize for confirming it doesn't exist? :P

Anyways, unless Totaka's Song is hidden somehow and isn't in the data files, it's pretty much a given that it wasn't included.

Nonetheless, it simply HAS to be in Wii Sports since Kazumi Totaka was the musical director on that game. It's never not been in a game he's directed, except no one knows where it is on WaveRace 64.
