edit: Just looked at the Wiki article. It wasn't in SSB or SSBM. This challenge seems like a good way to waste a lot of time.

Why not its a hidden easter egg and since it's a level based on Animal Crossing which is a game sorta based on timed events I don't see why not.

No, it's not the Smashville BGM, not even between 8-12 on Saturdays.

And we don't know for sure if it's in the game or not, we can only speculate. Anyone who thinks they know where it is right now is either lying, ignorant, or extremely, extremely lucky.

totaka's song has been something thats interested me for a while now, has anyone found it in wii sports yet? i somehow doubt the above method is correct because making a mii of the guy isnt exactly easy, you'd need to make it exactly right.

It's a good thought but Brawl character names are only 5 characters long. Still, I wonder if naming a character a particular way could do something.
