I'm seeing two sets of rules for this game, and we need to nail down which one we are following.

Kilga's Rule set is Wolves win when they equal the number of humans. Here

Chardish's Wolves only win when they outnumber the humans (because of the chance at several KITB victories for the humans) #14

We can only live by one of these sets of rules.

Personally I like the chardish set, because the wolves aren't anything but normal humans during the day. If they are even, the fight would be even, leaving no clear victor.

Thoughts?

That would make sense in terms of real life, but consider that humans already win most of the games, and that Kilga's victory rules are the ones most commonly used. chardish's victory conditions would only further imbalance it.

I say stick with Kilga's ruleset. Any wolf who makes it that far deserves the win IMO. So what if humans lose and then whine about it because of real-world logic? A game isn't the real world, and a game isn't much fun if one party continually has the upper hand.

Sorry to interject ... I know I'm not really supposed to post here, but I'd like to call attention to mattc16's inactivity in the past two games.

He was hardly active at all in jTWG XLIII, and now no one has seen a hair of him in the ongoing jTWG XLIV.

His inactivity was a huge factor in jTWG XLIII, as he was a wolf and I manipulated it to where everyone suspected someone else more than they suspected mattc16. If he hadn't been inactive, I'm not sure the wolves would have won as he might have slipped up and caused suspicion to fall on him.

Again, sorry for interjecting.

kilga's rule because i talked about with trav and i gave good logic or whatever and i don't feel like retyping it.

also, i've yet to see mattc be active in any game. i'll vote for mattc for a two game ban or whatever we do.
