Messed around with the arrows on the avatar a bit more, blended better, I hope...



When you were talking about "///////", did you mean diagonal scan lines? Those one-pixel diagonal lines?

I think you have what I'm thinking in mind ... not sure though. I wouldn't want it on the avatar you made either ... the one you made is great! ... I still think the green clashes and that hue of blue also clashes.

Awesome interpretation. Work on it a little though ... it looks kind of odd right now.

And yes, I know the fonts I provided aren't that great ... I'm looking for a font like the one used in EnR's banner.

Here's the matching banner and background... I used one of the fonts you gave, 'cause I already had it and it looks good anyway, heh...
And I used what I was thinking of with the "////////" things in the border.



There's that one-pixel offset thing on the profile, so the graphics will be aligned there.

Love it Silvuh!

I set it on my profile to see how it looks. Is there any way to incorporate something else to add to it? It looks kind of plain imo. Any way you can add some kick-ass looking render or effect on the left/banner?

Also, maybe a bevel/emboss effect on the text? Not sure what that would look like, but use your own judgement of what would look good?

P.S. That's exactly what I meant by "////////."

Yeah, I'm not good at choosing fonts if I can't experiment with them myself johnny ...

What kind of kick-ass render? One of those abstract C4D renders, a render of a character, a vector render...?

And I noticed something I messed up on with the banner when I saw it on your profile... I forgot to extend the bevel around the border past the image, so the bevel wouldn't end on the artwork. They should connect better now...

And here's the same version with a soft bevel on the text.

Wasn't sure what kind of bevel you wanted.

@ commandersa1: I'd advise you to download some new fonts ... I really hate pixel fonts. The background is really cool though ... except can you go to Edit >> Transform >> Flip Horizontal (if I recall correctly?) to make it so that that cool design is on the left, thus more visible?

@Silvuh: Just any design that would make me think "kick-ass" the moment I saw it ... doesn't have to be a render of a character ... just an awesome design (possibly logo-ish).

@johnnyboy898: I'd suggest you start over and try something new ... with Silvuh's submission and commandersa1's new submission, I'm thinking I'm going to go with one of those at the moment. I know you've put a lot of work and editing into it, so if you decide not to make another one, I'll still compensate you in credits.
