Should he still get to participate?

Looking at his gameplays, he is NOT good enough to be put in Advanced, yet he chooses to compete in it anyway.

That tells me he's either cheating (which he's probably not, considering Tass would have deleted his scores) or the other guy on his account is playing for him.

And just because you "signed up" for inter doesn't mean I place you there, I sign up for beginner division in every tournament I join, and I always end up in master :'(

The only thing you can do to determine which one of them is playing is to compare the crappier player's score with the one submitted, and that's way too much work.
