I heard The Erosion Of Sanity.
A couple of songs from Obscura were nice though. It was like Gojira, but with more blast beats :]

They aren't exactly death metal, but The Dillinger Escape Plan is definitely worth checking out.

I bought All Shall Perish's first album today called 'Hate.Malice.Revenge'. It's pretty brutal. Actually, it's REALLY ****ING BRUTAL.

            Such a good band...

I don't know how anyone thinks of these classifications.

But i'm a fan of a lot of the bands named here.

                      Re: Technical Death Metal

I just listened to a few of the genres and sub-genres stated in this thread and all I have to say is...WOW.

Grade-A amazing hardcore music. I just started to listen to it and im already falling victim to its sounds. Are there any bands that are like grindtech metal but also have a side of indie???

Uhm. Hard to say, bands in that classification would probably be considered somewhat "emo." Check out emo bands and maybe you'll find something.

Yeah, a lot of these bands have a big emo look to them.
But if you close your eyes and ignore their faces, they play some brutal ****.

Not all of the music here is really technical death metal, but they come along the sides of 'em. I'm pretty open minded.

I'm not sure what songs that album has, but I love the band.
