Yeah, theres a game with maps exactly like that as I mentioned above. It's called Soldat.

You can see how I got this confused. Those two maps actually look exactly how one of the defaul maps look... with the ropes going to the land and the buildings (Looking EXACTLY alike..) Including the lamps, the caution thing, etc.

You should go play soldat .
Ive been trying to look for the map im talking about but once I find it you will see what im saying.
