I have almost FC'd the Mosh 1 in raining nut sacks, but that was only once. Also can tap the intro to TTFAF now.

I got 620k on it tonight when the SP path corrected, as predicted. If I was more consistent I could squeeze in more points all over the place, and assuming I stopped missing a couple of the SP phrases I could likely break 700k. Getting higher than that though won't happen for awhile, since it'll involve me doing a lot better in the solos.

I ripped a hole in 300k with 310 on raining blood tonight when I finally did well in Mosh 1. 98%...rofl. I beast the flood with over 90% one handed every time. I think I need to tap the really fast trills at the end though, which is incredibly hard for me right now.

RB isn't really that hard once you get over the fact that it is so offbeat at times. >_> TTFAF and TWIE also keep going offbeat in spots, IMO. I don't think it's just me. There's something wrong with the timing lmao. I strum ridiculously early during the RB verse to keep combo.

So I started playing on hyperspeed 5 because in practice mode, I was too lazy to go back out and switch the mod when I pumped it up to full speed and now I can pretty much play on that speed. It makes it a ton easier to read, though I'm still a bit better with hyperspeed 4 atm.

My brother got gh3 for xmas, and only I play it, if gh4 comes out this early, I most likely wont buy it for a while.

Also, I can't find a place that sells gh2 wired controllers, then again, not looking to much, but still, I miss my whammy bar D:

I went to the game stop in my town to get h2 and possibly a gh controller, which they wound up not having. So I go to buy halo, and I get asked for a ID cause the game is rated M. I laughed.

Really easy way to 5 star it: practice the verse after mosh 1. Save all your SP + grab the one in the verse and then initiate, and combo the rest of the verse. Now make sure you don't miss either of the 2 next sp phrases and initiate in the chord section before the flood.

You can miss all you want in mosh 1 and the flood and 5 star it easily this way.

Actually, yea, you can break 270k with a terrible mosh and flood run, as I was doing before I could hit the mosh, assuming you can combo the verse. With a clean run you gain about 50k using this path, while only increasing your %notes hit like 2%. And the verse is not hard at all if you practice it a bunch, aside from the fact it's a bit offbeat (at least on the ps2), so strumming early can help.


And then yea, once you can combo the mosh (D: ) switch to initating after you grab the phrase in the mosh, and then save the next three for the chords before the flood and you'll gain +30k. This wastes the last sp phrase but it's the optimal path unless you're able to combo the flood.
