Hylian, I don't read Japanese, so it might say something like "you've gained access to the character", but to me, it looks as if R.O.B isn't a playable character because you see the CPU using him in an event mode.

If it's playable, it will only be playable by the CPU.

I don't know much about Smash Bros. In all honesty, I would have forgotten the franchise existed if it weren't for my friends who all play Melee religiously. They're all really excited about the game, and even I am excited about it (even though I'm a n00b) because hopefully, the wi-fi interface will be decent enough so that I can get annihilated by strangers rather than my friends...that and playing as Jigglypuff. Jigglypuff is cute.

Actually, Jigglypuff and Marth are my main two. Jigglypuff when I'm feeling extremely gutsy(I usually average 3 suicides in a 10 stock match) and Marth when I just want to win, because I'm better with Marth honestly.

I'm definitely eager for this though. I have the game nearly paid for, and I'm just gonna pick it up on launch day and have a massive party.
