I suddenly got decent enough to be 4*ing songs in the last tier of Expert, which is a GREAT achievement for me at least!

Number of the Beast and One! I feel so proud, but then Cliffs of Dover just hands my ass to me on a plate. And don't get me started on Raining Blood!

ALSO, I got a nice 425k on Stricken and got my first two gold 5s on Expert (Closer and Slow Ride) =D

ok so my ps2 was hooked up at my moms house just now while i was about to go play gh3 online so im like why not and i play GH2 i went from a 3 to a 4* on psycobilly freakout and i passed jordan!!!!

for the first time!!!1

btw it might take you a little practice on bulls on parade the solo is a little weird but the rest of the song is wicked easy

My opinion of Guitar Hero is that it gets easier with every new game. Guitar Hero III was so easy it almost made me laugh. Then I tried Through the Fire and Flames and I cried, but that's besides the point. It's an easy game, but most people don't play it enough so that it becomes easy (anecdotal evidence: all of my friends cannot beat expert, despite some of them actually owning the game) and it's such a fun game. There's a ton of replay value, and it is a multiplayer experience that even non-gamers can partake in. Kind of like how the Wii is so popular with non-gamers. (my mom plays WiiSports with me and my brother, it's crazy) Indeed, it's kind of hilarious that they're actually about the same price if you include the guitar unit for Guitar Hero.

You get an achievement for passing TTFaF, but you can still fail due to the hard intro.

No, I'm saying that even if you're good enough to beat Lou, you can probably beat TTFaF based on skill, but the hard intro will cause you to fail right away.

There is a "No Fail" cheat where you're rock meter never goes down and you never fail, but all achievements and leaderboard scores will not count or work.
