I've decided against it.

The site is insecure and it just screams "send ads and **** to me."

The process is ridiculous as well. Way too lengthy, way too many ways things can go wrong.

My Xplorer broke when I was playing TtFaF, now I can't play until I get a new one.

I did get 410k (4 stars) on it the run before it broke though.

And thus you reveal the view of 95% of American who play this game. America is so vague in thier perception of other video games, that anything that make them feel more "American", will generally be more well received. What red-blooded white American wouldn't love to play a guitar like their favorite rockers of yesterday? Point is, it's the actual music that is selling this game. If it was Japanese, America wouldn't give a flying ****. Oh yeah, they don't.

If you want an objective opinion about GH here you have it:

IMO, Guitar Hero is an average music game for the average joe. It simplistic controls may make the game enjoyable at first, but suffer from extreme lack of replayability in the end. The song selection is quite varied but more of the well known classic rock songs seem to be missing (Enter Sandman I think is not in the game). Overall, if you are an average person looking for about 30 minutes of fake-guitar playing, GH is for you. 6.5/10

I play guitar hero so I can feel like a rocker? LOL. I'm pretty damn sure I play it because it is fun. If you have good hand eye coordination then ya you can improve and get to expert pretty fast, but can you get a 100% on the Dragon Force song? Doubt it.

Overall, if your a big fan of rock music, the guitar and/or music rhythm games and just want to have a good time with your friends then Guitar Hero 3 is just for you! 8/10

So I'm getting pretty sick of GH3 on XboxLIVE. Past 7 matches, here is my playlist.

Impulse/Cliffs of Dover/Before I forget
Impulse
Impulse/One/Stricken
Through the Fire and Flames
Impulse
The Devil Went Down to Georgia
Impulse/Knights of Cydonia/Monsters.

Impulse is not fun enough to play that many times...

(Note I never host matches, so the only ones I chose were Cliffs of Dover, One, and Knights of Cydonia...which I guess I shouldn't complain since I don't host...I just hate hosting)

I suddenly got decent enough to be 4*ing songs in the last tier of Expert, which is a GREAT achievement for me at least!

Number of the Beast and One! I feel so proud, but then Cliffs of Dover just hands my ass to me on a plate. And don't get me started on Raining Blood!

ALSO, I got a nice 425k on Stricken and got my first two gold 5s on Expert (Closer and Slow Ride) =D
