First trill section is a bit after the 450th note. It ends at arrow 615, give or take a few notes. You don't necessarily have to combo anything before the long sections of trills, just the trills themselves and the small parts between them. The "large trill sections later in the song": The next one is simply the next long series of trills, and ends shortly before you hear the words, "Show me your hottest moves." Then after a period of time you stumble upon another large section of trills. After that there is a mid-sized stream, which transitions right into the last section of trills.



I just realized something. If I'm in bottom tier, and Redo/orlando/Cj/etc. are put in top tier, who does that put in middle tier except maybe chopperdudes? We may have to consider lowering the requirements for bottom and middle tier at some point. Partly to encourage more people to try for the bottom tier, and partly because there simply aren't that many one-handers at the moment that are at a high enough level to try to get into the tiers at this point. But I wouldn't change anything yet, I'd wait until more people post their points.

You need to add AAA to the streams list. XD
That's practically what the whole song is.

Well, the requirements in general are all too random. Some even conflict each other. If you want I can go through them and give you my thoughts on some.

lol, that'd definitely help. I tried to make the requirements specific to the category, and I tried to make them as evenly spread out difficulty-wise, but this is my first time doing such things, and many of the songs are songs I do not regularly play. Feedback is more than welcome.

EDIT: You just reminded me, now that the system is officially up (I think), I can start adding the songs I've meant to add. I have quite a list, :P. Just a notice: I haven't gone through these, these are just suggestions from previously in the thread, so knock off all the ones that don't fit, and I'll get started on making requirements for them after I figure out how many points I have. Of course, if someone beats me to making requirements for any song, that's fine, less work for me, lol.

For the record, I won't say what not or what to do. I'll make suggestions and you guys can consider them or not. It would be unfair if I made up the requirements because well, I judge fairly hard.

For now, I'd just focus on one section at a time and try not to make songs appear more than once on the tier.

Okay, promise not to laugh? I came up with 39 points. Lol, I feel so inadequate now. I think it's mostly because of the weight of the harder requirements, because a lot of my points are requirement 1 points. I'm close to getting about 10 more, I just need to find the time to play. What with finals and provincials coming up... *rolls eyes*

Okay fine, you can laugh. At least I broke the ice for everyone with less than 150 points, lol. NOW hopefully we'll get more lower-level people in here, now that they're not afraid to post their points.

Lol @ me not getting any points from Stamina requirements.

And I just noticed... thanks Zag for fixing the order in the average ranking... I didn't remember to do that after I got you to copy/paste it to the beginning post.

And... lol @ this thread being 4.5 months old and still going.

Anyone wanna consider something such as stepmania files for jacks or something of the like? FFR doesn't offer much of a selection to judge like, anything.

I bolded my thoughts. Also, I used difficulties of 1,2,3, and 4 on each one. They are my opinions on how many points should be available on each song, 1 being beginner, 2 being intermediate, 3 being advanced, and 4 being expert.

Cj, you say something about me in a post? I don't know, I wasn't here for much and nothing made too much sense...

Also, it would be cool if we had like +xx points for xxx AAA's, like the regular tier system. +xx for xxx FC's wouldn't be bad either.

I won't have time for a while, what with finals and provincials and the like, but some time I'll get around to going through all the suggested-to-be-added songs myself, and try to help narrow down the list.

IMO, it should be +XX for XXX FCs, not AAAs, because it's ridiculously hard for anyone but the top people to get a decent number of AAAs one-handed. Case in point: Me, 188 FCs, 28 AAAs (all difficulty 1-4 with a few 5s).

I would like it if it was +xx for xxx FCs also, but I'm kinda biased towards the FCs idea instead of AAAs because I probably wouldn't get any for AAAs.

So are you saying that you're doing points based on FC and then AAA like

1 900 combo on blah
2 FC blah
3 FC blah w/ 900 goods or more
4 AAA blah

?

That's the only thing that makes sense to me -having the grading go from an FC to PA.

no i think he means like in the tier system, you get more points for the number of AAA's you have. but for this system, you get a number of points for a number of total FC'es you have.

and the tier system only counts the AAA points for ones that are in the list they have because I have 9 public AAAs and one skill and it says 0 (0 + 0 for 10 AAAs) for me.

Hey quick question to I guess Zaggy and skish...If someone switches to spread from one handed would their scores on this list be kept as is and on the list but not updated?

Boondocks77 is a pretty sick one handed player (I watch him at school). But osme of his scores (the amazing ones), aren't one handed (obviously).
