I use two layouts.

Left - 'J', Down - 'K', Up - 'O', Right - 'P' (using AutoHotKey)

and the normal finger setup.

On the normal finger setup, I use two hands. Left index, right index, and right ring finger (3 fingers, two hands).

The JKOP is my regular. I use it about 60% of the time.
Then 3 fingers, two hands is my secondary. I use it about 30% of the time.
Occasionally I use two hands and four fingers, but apparently since that's not an option in the tournament I won't do that.

Either Intermediate or Advanced for both. I'm not sure.

In for beginner Spread, beginner Index, beginner One-Hander and Beginner 2 hands 3-fingers. This is such a good idea, I'll practica many styles.

Hm.
Put me in the 3-Finger division(2 hands) division for Beginner, I guess.

EDIT: I know I use my ring finger occasionally, but 3-finger two hands seems to suit me best.
