I do this and it works pretty well on managers, kiss ass. But still I would have seriously hit somebody if that happened to me, then make it my mission in life to screw that company royally. Sometimes wheelchair people can be the meanest people and get away with it...

i had a similar situation... was a low level manager at a place, and it wasn't a customer who was out to get me, but my own employees.

that's the world we live in... if you're in customer service and you have people determined to get you out of there... there isn't much you can do. i wound up quitting because i saw it all coming a mile away, and it was building over a long time, and there wasn't anything i could do about it. so, better to quit then get fired.

I'm glad everybody feels the same way I do.
Unfortunately, when I called the union, and told them about my situation, they said since I was on a 120 day new member probation period, they couldn't do anything.

I responded with this:

"You ****ing assholes I want my money back I paid dues every week with my hard earned money and now you say won't do **** I will ****ing throw up on your grandparent's graves if you don't do something now!!!"

"I am sorry sir, but we cannot give refunds,
and my grandparents are still alive"

By the way, wish I did have Phoenix's addresses and phone numbers, I'm coming up with very creative forms of revenge.

I hate assholes in wheelchairs.
PS- get a job at starbucks if you like coffee. You get a free pound of it every week and free drinks whenever you want(while you're working) on top of a discount.
That is why I love my job.

I'm still under the belief that if you're going to cuss, you follow through, and don't edit anything out (with the exception of the swear filter, but you can't really do much about that). Otherwise, you just look foolish.

Sure, you can think and find ways to make that S-O-B pay (by the way, I strongly do feel that the guy deserves to have his ass whooped) but why waste all your time and emotion into this? Even if you do succeed in getting revenge against the guy in the wheelchair, what would you get back in return? A couple of years in prison with a possible fine? Is that worth spending hours plotting ways to nail that bastard?

You're young and have your whole life and future ahead of you. You certainly can get a better job than at the deli just earning $12 an hour as long as you make progress in your own career.

As Tasselfoot said, there is nothing that can be done and what is past is past. You know what would be better revenge? Starting up your own business that successfully puts that deli out of business since it screwed you over in the first place.
