Well, every action movie needs the obligatory "hot girl" and "macho guy" (the guy from Las Vegas whose name escapes me at the moment). Shia Lebouf was the only part of the movie I liked.

How could Megatron transform into a fighter jet if he never had a chance to "scan" any?

two possible reasons:
1. He DID scan a fighter jet, like starscream, but you never saw it.
2. He didn't transform into an Earth fighter jet but some super, space fighter thing.

Whatever happened to that scorpion that chased those Special Forces guys who escaped the base? Did it die or something?

They knocked its tail off and it retreated. Probably went to some other planet to repair itself or something like that.

Is it just me or was Barricade never involved in the Mission City fight even though he was okay despite his battle with Bumblebee?

he was pretty banged up. I'm sure he did something similar to scorponok.

What would Bumblebee think when he's got Sam and Micayla (sp?) making out on his hood?

Actually, the jet he was based off of was a FA22 Raptor.
A brand new addition to the USAF. I think they stoped making them though...got to expensive.
