Probably plvled(cheated with 3rd party program) or cheated in quest.

I mean, I guess it's possible they could've quested all of that way, but it'd take so, SO many hours and it'd be SO boring. It's like training to level 30 on slimes in Maplestory in the same amount of time someone else would train to level 30 PQing.
