I don't get the scoreboard, the points so far are obviously our pac-man points, but what do we get for submitting our hexion score? Also, does the 2 just mean we have submitted?

EDIT: Also, sice there are no more end dates, does that mean we can keep trying to up our pac-man score?

Yes for pacman. And for the scoring, 1st overall for that game gets 4000, second 3800, third 3600, etc.
