Dragon Quest 8 took me the longest, around 75-79 hours.

Morrowind, hands down.

That game doesn't really direct you anywhere, when I first played it I played without a guide and I was so overwhelmed, but it was awesome.

it took me 260 hours to get 100% in final fantasy 12.
and i cant even begin to describe oblivion. i've already played that for 200 hours and there's supposed to be about 400+ hours in that.

TWO HUNDRED AND SIXTY HOURS? YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME (i'm only on my 90th hour, woow this game is really worth every penny)

Guild wars took me somewhere around 100 hours to beat a couple years ago...longest Ive played a game though is around 10k hours...and thats starcraft

250-300 hours on fire emblem 7, to beat all modes.

I've dedicated about the same amount of time you have on Fire Emblem 7 and nearly as much time on Fire Emblem 8.

EDIT: Playing 10k hours is the equivalent of about 400 days. However, I can believe you here because there are some WoW players who have over 350+ days of playing time and WoW has been out significantly less than Starcraft.

The longest I've spent on a game is 120 hrs on Final Fantasy XII. I still havent beaten all of the sidequests. Yiazmat has 50,112,254 hp its just insane. Then there are the online rpgs, but theres really no end to most of those so I wont go into it.

AAA the game is hard and takes a while
ITG2 is not beatable
But if you quad star a song (100%)
"OMG YOU BEAT THE GAME!!!!"
But yeah DDR is hard to AAA
