i dont understand how you can just call a whole genre of music ****ty.
if you dont like it, dont listen to it.
theres millions of people in the world that do like country and if no one liked it, country artists wouldnt be making millions of dollars.
Personally, I prefer pickin' or country that's more jazzy (like Railroad Earth) and less pop-rock.
Regardless, all you do when you call a group of people "a bunch of technologically backwards degenerates singing about stupid things and how it makes them feel better" is reveal your own ignorance.
I dislike Hip-Hop, but you don't see me going around making random threads about it.
Exactly. I feel the same way about it; you know what I do? I DON'T PLAY IT. (Unless I need it for a skill token or something, then I just turn the sound off.)
You don't like country music? Don't play it...simple as that.

THE best word in the world: Douchenozzle. Go, Synth.
Is is a bunch of technologically backwards degenerates singing about stupid things and how it makes them feel better. Grammar? Confusing, as well.
Yeah, um, some people like country music. I don't, but there are people out there who do. If there are people out there who do, then sure, why the hell not get it onto FFR. You don't have to play the song. If you want to AAA it or something, turn off your sound.
And it pervades? We know what you mean, anyways. How does it? Name the country songs in FFR. Ball of Malt? What else? There's only one. If I'm wrong, there's no more than two or three. If this is considered pervasive, what would you consider the songs in Dance/Rock/Arcade/Classical?
I meant 'is beginning to pervade'. I'm sure that those country artists are eventually going to discover this website and then, GOD FORBID, they add a lot of their songs and lead to the development of a Country section. I think country artists shouldn't put their songs on video games, because that's exactly the opposite of what country music is about!

Very good point! But say we get extreme country fans on FFR, and THEN they get on the forums? Then there would be no escape from their prejudiced and poorly-thought-out arguments.
He says it once, along with the s-word, b-word, and ass. Can I say ass here? My point there is, if there's cussing in the music, it should be allowed in the forums.
And I was thinking, JUST BARELY THINKING, in the back of my head I was the dumbest person in this thread. Thanks. Now I really own this thread now that someone postwhores in it.
