For one-handed trills either switch to index or keep your fingers light and low to the keys. No need to waste energy.Comment

Well, I've decided to start playing stuff with more jacks/trills, since those are my weakness, instead of avoiding them all the time, and hope I can get better at them. This is already looking promising considering I used to be nowhere near this:
