to get the bonus do we need to get 100% and s++ on each level? cuz u can get 100% and get a lower ranking if u didnt get them all perfect.

You can still achieve 100%'s even with an incredibly laggy computer legitly. Remember, this tournament is about using your brains and skill -- figure out the best strategies and stick with them.

Best way to reach the goal is through scooping. : /

A word of caution to everyone too... once you submit a score that isn't all 100%, you have 2 more hours to get it. Since it only adds 2 hours of points to the submission at that time, it'd be pointless to submit it a day later.
