Re: Super Smash Brothers Brawl: Release Date Announced
The enemies in Super Smash Bros. Brawl: The Subspace Emissary are called the Subspace Army!
Right now, I’d like to introduce some of the more powerful ones.
<ROADER>

This enemy looks like a motorized unicycle. These guys ride around in groups, and are both fast and powerful.
<POPPANT>

Their bucket trousers are filled with presents and candy. If you approach these cowards, they’ll flee.
<BYTAN>

Leave these enemies be and they’ll multiply in a flash. Destroy them before they get to be too much trouble!
<TROWLON>

This creature will use its trowel-like arms to lift characters up and fly off with them.
<SHAYDAS>

This unpleasant, fog-like enemy has a weak spot at the core of its chest!
<AUROROS>

This bird dives from above, piercing the ground. You can pull out any Auroros that sticks itself into the ground.
<GREAP>

It’s HUGE! It attacks by swinging two sickles down upon you. Its red head is its weak spot.
<The R.O.B. Squad>

The escort the Ancient Minister brings with him is a R.O.B squad?! There are some that fire beams and others that fire missiles.
There are other enemies that will appear and try to impede your progress. Good luck! Don’t lose! And don’t run away!Comment

I'm pretty sure that by the end of TGS 07 there will be a new Super Smash Bros Brawl trailer
I really hope so.Comment

Snake: Special Moves
Characters
It’s not just Snake’s special moves that use ordnance—so do his Smash attacks. Can that be?
screenshot
He’s shooting something up in the air!
screenshot
He’s planting something!
<Side Special Move: Remote Missile>
This is called a Nikita. It’s a remote-controlled missile.
screenshot
Missile fired!
You can control the missile yourself! But since Snake is so focused on controlling the missile, he’s completely defenseless while he does so.
screenshot
If things get dangerous, press the shield button to stop controlling the missile.
<Standard Special Move: Hand Grenade>
screenshot
Try walking around with the pin out.
Press your special-move button to pull out the pin. The grenade will explode after a few seconds, so be aware of the time and press the special-move button again to toss the grenade.
screenshot
Strong throw!
screenshot
Mid throw!
screenshot
Soft throw!
There are three ways to throw the grenade.
Tilt the Control Stick forward, not at all, or backward.
In some cases, grenades you drop may get returned to sender.
And his recovery special move is...
<Up Special Move: Cypher>
screenshot
Oh! Watch out! In times like this...
screenshot
Shoosh-shoosh-shoosh-shoosh-shoosh!
Use his flying reconnaissance camera, the Cypher, to recover. Snake can’t fly, but he’ll do what he must.
He’ll use anything in the battlefield. That’s the crux of survival.

Re: Super Smash Brothers Brawl: Release Date Announced
Trophies are awesome! Better than stickers that's for sure! Ness is bad, Falco is really good. He's my best character.
Pretend quote from pandaman is here.
Or you could just summarize the update and post the website name instead of typing (or copy pasting) almost the whole page.Comment

Re: Super Smash Brothers Brawl: Release Date Announced
yes well i wanted to make an interesting post. Anyway ya stickers do seem kinda dumb. Also my friends try and call constantly using falco's smash in a row a combo and fox's laser is annoying as hell.Comment

Re: Super Smash Brothers Brawl: Release Date Announced
lol
What is really sweet about Fox's laser gun is if you're playing on Final Destination against another Fox or a Falco, you can run to the other side of the stage as your opponent and just start constantly hitting the B button. They might put there reflector on (Down-B) and they're stuck with that on until the end of a match. It's a really good strategy if you're playing a tournament mode and you're ahead.
I use Falco for his Down-A move in the air. My combo is grab, throw downward, hold up and hit A (does his backward split move), jump up and use Down-A. They can go flying off the stage if ur next to the edge.
Sorry for the length, and the pointlessness of this post.Comment

Re: Super Smash Brothers Brawl: Release Date Announced
Snake's down b, being CQC? that seems a lot more like a grab.
that really wouldnt help him, much if it was a special. His down b is either the Rocket Launcher in the trailer, or the mines. That seems rightComment
