The block symbol is part of an ad-block feature for Firefox.

That Balloon Fever AAA is really strange, though.

Yes, it's part of an extension. It adds that tab to every bit of flash so you can remove flash banner ads when needed.

I'm not sure I would consider hiding your talent to be actual cheating, more like social engineering. If in fact the scores are legit, then technically he hasn't broken any rules as far as I can tell.

True, but it would allow him to thrive in a division that would not fairly match his true skill with others of similar ability. In essence, that seems like cheating, as he would be able to place and win while others are actually competing for the top prizes.

It would almost be like having an alternate account--in either case, a person is masking their ability with a lesser-known account. If he's legit, it would be okay if he moves into Expert (like he has been), but he just shouldn't stay in anything lower (like he was in Intermediate).

You could run an IP check and see if he matches any other users that are capable of it. Also, there is no way in hell someone could sightread AAA BF. I don't care how good a player claims to be.
