Is not. What is is is the answer to the great question about life, the universe and everything.

    So there.

Anyways, there was especially one passage that convinced me that these guys really don't have a clue, alternatively, they are convinced that no one else has a clue. It's this:

I might just as easily say that 9 is encoded in the decimal system, since 9+0=9, 8+1=9 etc. There's nothing even remotely mystical about it, it's just common sense that if you have a series of values, separated by identical intervals, then if you take values Sn and m, their sum Sn+Sm would automatically be equal to any combination Sn+x+m-x. That's just the way that kind of series work.

(I'm sorry for the inadequate mathematical language, but hey, I'm swedish after all)

of course it does, it applies to any series of values which are spaced evenly. if x is the least in the series and y is the greatest, x+y= the second and second to last=the third and third to last, and so on.

How can a number be the key to the universe? That's all I have to say.

I noticed that 54-12 = 42, the same as the alphanumeric value of "FIVE" and of "NINE".
              5x9=45, the mirror of 54!

              I also noticed 54+12=66.
If we add the 42 plus the 66 we get 108 which just happens to be the alphanumeric value of the phrase "ENGLISH INCH". There's a self-reference to the idea of the Imperial unit of measure.

              Also,
108-54 = 54, self referencing the 108 back to the number we started with. Also, 54 is the alphanumeric value of TONE, the significance of which we will see later on in this article.
OMG!! If you take the sum of two numbers, then the difference and then add the results together and divide by 2, you get the first number??!!! I have discovered the secret of the universe!!!

((Then multiply 7129 x 4.66666... next get the cube root - you should have 32.16215434.))

Joe noted that this 32.16215... is a very close approximation of the gravitational constant of g=32.1652. Joe notes, further:

((Since it's really not a constant ( it varies slightly about the Earth's surface), this then is a pretty good value.))
Wow! He found a number that is accurate to 2 decimal places in the earth's gravitational constant! He must really be on to something now! A difference of 0.00305 is NOT a "pretty good value." By the way, the % difference (.00305/32.1652) rounds to 0.009482298% (way too large to account for small variations in the earth's gravitational field). If you add the numbers together you get 42! The alphanumeric value for FOUR and FIVE!

You can make up numbers to match any pattern you want by performing random mathematical operations on them. That article was a complete joke.

                Another thing to add...

If you take the numbers out further with the % difference you get 0.00948229763844%. Then cross add to get 66. That's 54+12 while my previous number was 42 or 54-12.

I came to these numbers in a couple of minutes by trying random operations and ignoring everything that didn't match the pattern. Anybody who believes that article was scientific in any way is horribly mistaken.
