One hand Three fingers.

So far in my experience I've never found any limitations... I just play songs that tire me out loads and come back to the hard ones after about 20 gameplays.

On FFR or Stepmania?
Because on FFR its not really difficult for a one hander to pass "Hard" songs.

I've tried many styles-- started with one hand, three fingers... Almost immediately switched to spread w/ no. pad. That felt a lot better. I just recently tried playing index on songs that I could play 1-handed on, but it just feels totally unnatural on stream at any speed :-/

FFR. I can pass almost every song in the game. I don't know what songs I can't pass though... o.O

I'm not that good yet, and I've yet to FC {Blaze} but I'm getting close to doing that.
I got a pretty good combo on Vertex BETA too.

i play with 2 hands but i used to play with 1 hand 3 fingers

yeah me too. personally i think two hands are better, and yes one hand does happen to be more impressive if you can full combo a song like {ROSE} with one hand, but really, i havn't met anyone that good yet. but, like i was saying, the only flaw with one hand is how you have to use your middle finger to cover the up and down arrow keys, but with two hands you have a finger covering each key. taht's much faster.

Two Hands (4 fingers - 2 fingers on arrows (left and down), 2 fingers on NumPad (up and right (8 and 6))

possibly my type. i play with 1 hand 3 fingers if the song is around tricky. but over .. i suggest i use back my fav way..

I play one hand, three fingers, but I'm slowly adjusting to 2 hand- 4 fingers (w/Numpad keys)

I use two fingers on arrow keys (left hand) and two on the numpad (right hand)
