ok... so there are 142 files in this batch. it is now 100% officially locked. the file that freakysnots JUST sent me is the last one to make it in.

Breakdown of who submitted and number of submits. I allowed up to 5 new files for this batch, as it is about 2.5 weeks worth. Only 1 file was held for next batch... who_cares973's solar carona part 3. he submitted 6, took 5. wasn't 100% sure we even had permission for this, which is why i chose it over the other 5.

jx: those with more than 5 are in the "approved to send more than the limit" group and/or some of them are re-submits.
