woow SSBB finally a release date. i hope all the characters of melee are still in brawl. specially sheik and marth those are my favorites

pheonix...to wavedash requires the following

-Short Hop
-Air Dodge while holding (left or right) and sligthly down

It's easiest to do with Luigi.

PS Who said wavedashing wasn't gonna be in Brawl
Besides, it's not a glitch, it's an easter egg because the developers knew it was possible.

well i hope they put some fire emblem characters, and well im worried about sheik because nintendo is using the zelda form twilight princess and as all we know sheik doens't apear on that one

What? What makes you assume that? Her costume is still the same from melee on the in-game pictures. Besides, I'll forsee a TON of angry people if Shiek isn't there.

Also, why do you think Marth won't be there either? I really don't see Nintendo REMOVING characters at all. If anything I see them adding them. Removals in my mind would be people like Game & Watch, Pichu, and Young Link. Marth and Roy shouldn't be removed, perhaps changed so they aren't clones though.

They said long before this daily updating that they would be removing some characters. The clones, mainly. Whether that means they'll remove the similarities or the clones themselves remains to be seen.

On the chopping block: Pichu, Dr. Mario, Falco, Ganondorf, Young Link, and one of the two Fire Emblem characters.

I'll actually be disappointed if Falco, Young Link, and either Fire Emblem character gets removed (mostly if they remove Marth).....my mains in SSBM are Falco, Y.Link, Marth, and Captain Falcon >.>.



Pit looks like fun to play though...I'll definitely play him when SSBB comes out.

If there is airdodging I guarentee there will be wavedashing.

Wavedashing was intentionally put into the game.

It is called the LandFallSpecial in AR.
