            Put me on Security. If that's full, environment.

            EDIT: Perhaps those on Security can click for population when crime is at 0%? And Industry can click for population when unemployment is at 0%? And the same for environment when pollution is 0%?

                    Keep it up, guys. The graffiti's off our sign now. If anyone's stats get maxed in the future, don't hesitate to help out another department. Of course, you can keep clicking that environment link and pollution will stay at 0%, and that's good too.

                            I've been clicking from the shadows for the past few days, trying to determine what would be best to click for, but now that the new options have opened up, I felt it was time to dedicate myself to one team.
