                I clicked transit today. Not sure what I did, but hope it helps. And crime went up to 14% by the way.

                                                Speaking from SimCity experience, doesn't a lot of industry attract crime or something? It's been forever since I've played, but that's what I remember. If that is the case, we'll have to focus on population instead (that'd be taking a u-turn on our original plan, wouldn't it?), since 500 is what we need to control crime.

                                                        We can't do much until we hit a certain Population number. What that number is, I have no clue.

                                                            Actually, crime will raise to around 40% until we reach 500 population, which is the time you can start upgrading security.
