We went up from 700s. We're at 649 now. And population 93.

Actually, going to the industry link doesn't decrease population. It adds some industry to the town. But the problem resides in the fact that you can only make one action per day. It can be adding one of population, creating jobs or other things in a bigger town. Since everybody clicked at the population link, they can't add an industry in the same day (by the way, don't forget it is France time.) And because there's no jobs, a lot of population goes out of the town to find some work.

(It helps to have French as your first language ^^)

I had already thought of that, that should go to admins and such, which is the reason I thought of Mayor.
