Ok idea, although I'd rather have something that would just tell me when jacks are coming up, so I could hit them without having to reduce my screenshrink. Other than jacks, I pretty much feel ready for anything, and you can tell where you're on in a song from the music.

But I still have to memorize where all the jacks are that way, which isn't easy for me. I know where they all are on some songs like Runny, but it'd make things like GGC a lot easier for me if I knew when the jacks were coming somehow.

Yes because when you're trying to FC or AAA something, you really are going to look at your combo score.

im not.

And ironically enough, i DO look at my combo. If I focus to hard at the arrows, my PA actually suffers

That's just me tho. I seriously doubt other people have the same problem

Just to let you know, it flashes red like an alarm and the messages pop up randomly.

I was imagining more like an arrow like one of those red triangle things pointing straight up in the column where the jack was about to come, or something like that. Really awesome image, though.

That's easy. Since the option can be turned on and off, it can be turned on to appear somewhere on the screen that can be easily seen without taking your eyes off of the arrows. I'm not suggesting a distraction, just a tool to help gauge song length and effort.
