Why in the world should I? Do you realize how old this thread is? Do you realize how old my last post was? Do you realize, that I practically forgot this entire incident ocurred? Probably not. Anyways, whatever, there's not really much to discuss because the entire idea of 'which is harder' is based on personal preference. Those who did DDR first will think PIU is harder, and vice versa. There's really no discussion about it. This thread should've been locked ages ago. I really haven't a clue where the hell Arch0wl is. I've already PM'ed him about this.

They are two different versions of step games. Sure in some ways PIU is better than DDR. And in some but probably all the time DDR is better than DdR because its interface is simpler making the game more enjoyable. The only tin PIU has going for it are the extra panels. Whoop! Final Audition 1, doubles. On singles, maybe ITG is harder, but pump is WAY harder when it comes to doubles, and I still think that counts. Hell, those steps put into single steps would be a 12 or 13 in ITG.

Pandemonium, I think is really hard, but I don't know how it compares to Dignity. On singles, PIU is definitely harder than DDR, no question. I don't know about ITG though.

PS: I'm stepping FA1 so don't get any ideas. Oh and Vash.. winter on hard mode means NOTHING. I could do that my first DAY, YEARS ago when I was horrible at DDR.

Anyways, I prefer PIU to DDR. I played PIU Exceed today and it was great. Nice refresher after having nothing left to do in DDR song-passing wise. I love actually failing some songs, versus never failing ANYTHING on DDR.

Anyways, I posted my opinion, since I felt a need to.

Now that this has turned into a flame war pretty much, I think this topic deserves a lock.
