I'm not mad, I don't really care about how tall I am because I can date short girls without having to break my back to kiss them. Just saying that you are probably pretty thin.

I'm like 180. I hardly eat and I play DDR constantly. I guess it also depends on your gentics to some extent. My cousin is 300lbs, Grandpa is about 220, mom is 2??, Dad is same weight as me, Papa is 220 and so on.
It has nothing to do with it. Mfelten just must be misinformed about the effects of bloodsugar and stuff.
I was misinformed, I did a quick Google search and found that too much fat could equal diabetes. I thought if you were diabetic then it was hard to lose weight, but I was wrong.
I'm 6' and 161 lbs.. i'm not fat and i'm not built, but i'm stronger than a lot of people in my school (i.e. if I arm-wrestle someone, I win). I was told i have a body that builds mass efficiently by a doctor in my early years... I lift weights so that helps as well. When I was a bit younger I thought "Oh man I'm gonna be fat when i grow up" but I decided to lift and play soccer (mind you, i have no future here due to my mass). Although, it's pretty fun being "big". Chicks dig it lmao
Used to weigh 140, but I gained 40lbs in a month last summer and was never able to get rid of it. I'm just not as skinny looking, a little more broad and thicker.

6' tall and 190 lbs, going for 210 by september. (Muscle, not fat)
And i do everything healthy except for my eating habits, which i drink soda daily and don't eat healthy meals but i don't eat any sweets or snacks.

I HOPE you are exaggerating. 40 lbs in one month? At that rate you could be one of the heaviest in the world in a bit over a year. And losing fat is easy you just have to work for it. Run intervals for an hour or even just a few miles of fast jogging a day for 3 months and you will below 10% BF if you eat right as well. (That's the harder part in my opinion, since i don't pay for my own food and my family eats unhealthy)
