FFXI lacks the ability to customize stats, which in turn means that if someone is the same job/race/level/cookie-cutter-gear as you, the only difference between the two of you is skill...which sortof leaves a lot to be desired. Ragnarok Online had a lot of flaws but I'd say that game is much better than FFXI. Mabinogi is also considerably more fun as well, albeit I don't think it has an English release. =/

All the same, I occasionally pop on Quetzalcoatl as "Mishaela", but only when I'm bored to death if anything else.

I just started FFXI the other day in the Ragnarok server and I gotta say it's very VERY addictive lol. I am only a lvl 3 whm now but I'm lookin forward to gettin pretty far by the end of the summer.

It need to be addictive if u willing to pay for it, but if u gonna get a game with monthly fees will u get world of warcraft or FFXI?
