Not really necessary. If you are in the top 1000, you can find that in the top 1000 players, and if you aren't, then it's probably such a small number you probably wouldn't care, or would pass multiple people in one song. This would also use up many resources to do.

good point...you could just make a bigger list of top players though

I don't think very many people even look at most of the current top 1000, anyway. I almost never even go to the second page of it, or even any page of it other than the first page, for that matter. It wouldn't be a big enough accomplishment to get into the top 10,000 or whatever, like it is for top 1000.

I go to the last page to see what my grand total has to be to make it onto the list...about 1.5 bil

another cool addition would be a way to watch other people play. like in MP rooms you can watch their score but it's more interesting to actually watch the arrows. it would also be much easier than making people take videos of them playing.
