For everyone's information:

Speedmods do NOTHING for jack syndrome, becuase the arrows are still the same number of frames apart. As far as I know the frame rate wasn't increased, so the jack syndrome stays exactly as before no matter what the speedmod is.
(There may be issues with jacks such as the ones in Gradeus falling on different frames and therefore going from 2-frame to 3-frame depending on the mod, but I'm not sure about that. But for Runny and Molto etc, it does essentially nothing)

That said, it does help with things like Balloon Fever and Silence

Implement a new feature in reverse first. Just once.

I wanna see what people do.

Synth has no clue why it won't work on reverse (last I heard), the coding is screwed up for a random arrow (different for each speedmod). It just happens that upscroll works and down doesn't.

Speedmods just spread out the frames, right?

Yea speed mods just make it harder to hit jacks earlier.

If you watch the high quality one I kind of ****ed up at around 360. I'm pretty sure I blinked because I wouldn't just stop hitting a constant stream like that

baha, there's a link on the homepage, in the community box, under FFRShop. But like they said, it only works in upscroll, and then you usually get a bunch of av-misses. =/
