                    The genre is polluted with crap.

                    Turmion Katilot owns the crap out of all the other "metal" bands listed. It actually has a *gasp* melody!

                    Half those bands are just shrieking. I can't imitate their voices because every time I try I tempt my gag reflex.

                                    All That Remains, Amon Amarth, Arch Enemy, At The Gates, Beneath The Massacre, Bleeding Through, Bloodbath, Darkane, Decapitated, Dimmu Borgir, Dismember, The Haunted, Hypocrisy, In Flames, Job For A Cowboy, Lamb Of God, Mastodon, Meshuggah, Necrophagist, On Broken Wings, Opeth, Roadrunner United (only a few of them are good), Scar Symmetry, Sikth, Skinless, Soilwork, Suffocation, Through The Eyes Of The Dead, Unearth, Zao

                                    Could list alot more but those are my favourites.
