I can't even finish the level honestly..There's one part where the jackhammers are just right arrows constantly and I cant hit it fast enough and they dont register or something

I ALMOST ALWAYS get 1/2 miss on each section of jackhammers or most of them on FFR even though I can EASILY hit fast enough... It's because the bullshit doesn't register the jackhammers on FFR most of the time... you have to hit earlier... that's why I had to try like 1mill times to keep my combo past 600-1000 on rev etude cause I rarely could get the jackhammers same with runny morning and that crap.

I played it on stepmania and then I clicked the same speed and ffr and I missed... then I tried clicking even faster on FFR and it still gave me a miss... They need to fix the jackhammers... I don't think it's you Robby...
