Ah, I hate how California, which happens to be where I live, sticks out with 60s... (well, Florida does too) I want snow really, really bad. I love cold weather, but there is no such thing over here.. >_>

Re: Midwest and East struck by unseasonably cold weather

On friday I went outside to run a couple of laps in the track... It was cold but sunny.

Sometime later it started to snow

        and it was ****ing sunny.

And it doesn't stop there... The snow came to a complete hault so I kept on running but guess what? It started snowing again (it wasn't that bad because it was snow flurries, but it was still cold).

This is why I hate NJ.

It's been unseasonably warm in BC, where I live. It got up to 20 C in Vancouver on Friday which I unfortunately spent inside all day. I could have gone to the Auto Show or something.

I wouldn't mind the cold (it's only like 30's here) but the wind is just annoying.

Stupid cold weather. 1.5 feet of snow in 2 days.

It wasn't all that bad in Indiana, we had some snow flurries, but I was fine running in sweat pants and a thin long sleeved t-shirt. Last year on Easter weekend I got all sunburnt, and this year my little sister went to an egg hunt in a winter coat.

It snowed a bit here in NJ, but mostly it was the extremely cold wind that bothered me. It's April!!! Why must there be snow (even if it's flurries)??

Re: Midwest and East struck by unseasonably cold weather

Any snow at all is a once-every-five years thing for Central Texas.

Twice in a year is a miracle.

November and April. It snowed in FALL and in SPRING, but not a flake during Winter.

Killeen got FOUR AND A HALF INCHES OF SNOW yesterday. Trees were collapsing left and right. Why? Because they're not supposed to have LEAVES covering them when it snows!

                            Absolutely ludicrous.

It's always like this in April here in PA. Then again, I live on a ridge in the middle of a circle of forests. It's quite cool when it warms up, though.
