As in cut instead of your entire desktop?
If so...
Printscreen
Go into Paint.
Ctrl+v
Use the rectangular selection tool(top left, I think)
Drag selection of the FFR flash window
Ctrl+c
File->New, hit no for save changes
Ctrl+v
Make sure to crop white space by dragging the brackets on the sides(if there is any)
If not...
