        left hand thumb-left
        right hand index-down
        right hand middle-right
        scroll-left

        all on four arrow keys, not number pad.

            index on teh arrows for me, but every once in a while when im lazy i use my middle finger to hit the right arrow, but other than that, 2 fingers 4 arrows.

                    I couldn't do that. I employ the same strategy used for DDR: switch legs for every arrow. Although, in this case, fingers. Too much middle finger makes my arm hurt, and causes my hand to cramp. Not to mention I can't move my middle finger across up and down that quickly.
