JSB style is barely moving your feet at all when you play ddr, applying very little force and using your heels/tips of your toes to hit the arrows. (refer to the video of him vs reflexx on legend of max)

Spazzbite, and eggman use their index fingers aswell. So do I...well, 50% of the time. Aperson, nima and jello use 4...but yea, alot of people still use their indexs. Its a really effective method on most songs.
