95% of the time attraction is decided before you even really start to talk to the person so whether or not she will go out with you has been predetermined. All you need to do is ask and find out the answer. All that stuff we do to try to change their opinion and sway it in our favor rarely works. The mind simply makes a series of snap judgments of physical appearance and chemical outputs as well as a series of neuro-linguistic cues.

In other words, just grow a pair and ask her on a date.

Well, I wouldn't know what age it's usually lost at... I lost mine at 17.

HOWEVER, going with the topic here, if she just lost her baby, the best way to do that is to be a good friend to her. I gave mine up for adoption and it was one of the hardest things to do. It's similar, not the same. I still get pictures of mine (he's sooo cute, I have to brag, even for a moment). Still, what she needs right now is a good friend that she can lean on and depend on. If she starts to cry, comfort her, make her feel better. Tell her it'll be okay, that it wasn't her fault. I think that would help.

Now, when she gets better you can ask her out. Mind you, it all depends on the girl. It could take months to heal but if you're willing to wait, then it will be okay. ^-^ If you get rejected, that's okay, too. It may be sad but at least if she keeps on being friends with you, she might not feel that way eventually. This chance may be slim, but if you think the girl is really worth it, she'll be worth the wait.

If you are already good friends then i'd suggest leaving things how they are right now.

Look at it this way, if you ask her out now, she could either say yes and you would have exactly the same relationship but with hand holding and kissing, or she could say no and things could be wierd between you.

Many of the best relationships start off as just friends and slowely progress to something more naturally. Also if she is having a tough time right now, the thing she needs most is a friend who is there to listen when she needs it.

Yeah i guess it would work that way but its not that i need 2 "grow some" like one of u guys said i just am afraid of hurting her really badly.... o and 2 all of u people who find grammar problems on the internet i will take time to fix that process..... hopefully wrting comments on the internet to other people and not teachers would've made a difference but i guess not...
