Since points are based off of the score you get on a song, do we need to submit SSs of our scores or could we just give you the points off of levelrank.php?

Implement the following additional restriction on Tier 1: You MUST have reached at least one 7-point requirement in order to be in Tier 1.

General consistency isn't all that makes a Tier 1 player. It's not an issue at the moment, but I can see someone with very generally consistent scores making it into Tier 1, even though they really can't do anything particularly spectacular.

if this gets added it will be much easier to get into tier 1

SO I think there should be a tier above tier 1 for shashakiro baha scottish etc that gives players something to work for after they hit tier 1

because being on a list of people good at a flash game is SO much more loserly than pestering someone on forums dedicated to a flash game about taking him/her of said list

Danceguy and Exag0n are highly likely to be in Tier 1, from the points they've got.
If your rule is applyed, only Danceguy can't get in it.
I don't think it makes sense, it would be better with some different requirement though.

why aren't the reqs being raised.... we're adding in 13 songs or something, yet keeping the reqs the same? that doesn't make sense.
